The owner of the alcohol-free and alcoholic beverage online store www.oselshop.com (hereinafter the Online Store) is Pöide Pruulikoda OÜ (registry code 12253640) located at 25a Tolli tn Kuressaare, Saaremaa parish Saaremaa 93813.
VALIDITY OF TERMS OF SALE, COMMODITY AND PRICE INFORMATION
The Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of beverages (hereinafter Products) from the Online Store.
The prices of the Products sold in the online store are indicated next to the Products. The price includes the transport (ie parcel machine service) fee for the delivery of the Products.
Information about the Products is provided in the Online Store directly at the Product.
PLACING AN ORDER
To order a product, you must add the desired Products to the shopping cart. The required data fields must be filled in to place an order. The amount of the fee that can be paid via the bank link is then displayed on the screen. The Simplified Purchase Agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store.
If the ordered Product cannot be delivered due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid will be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days of sending the notice.
TERMS OF DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
We deliver Products within the Republic of Estonia using the services of Omniva, Itella Smartpost and DPD Pakiautomaat. It is also possible to pick up the goods yourself at Pöide Brewery, Tolli 25a, Kuressaare. In the case of the parcel machine service, the standard delivery time is 3 working days, the maximum time is 5 working days. After paying for the Product (s), a summary of the purchase is displayed on the last page. An invoice confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address within a maximum of 5 minutes after payment. If you wish, you can print the receipt or save it from the links before the summary. The products will be delivered to you using parcel machine service providers.
All settlements in the online store are in euros (€) and the payment method is bank payment through Maksekeskus AS. You can pay with the following bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay, Liisi ID and Finora Capital. Pöide Pruulikoda OÜ is the chief processor of personal data, who forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND MODIFICATION OF THE PRODUCT
After receiving the order, the buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the Product purchased in the Online Store, pursuant to § 53 (4) of the Law of Obligations Act, unless the Product cannot be used due to the fault of the service provider. To reimburse the Product, an application must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address email@example.com no later than 14 days after the purchase of the Product.
The Online Store shall return to the Buyer for the Product to be reimbursed immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the Buyer under the contract, if the Buyer returns the damaged Product (s) to the Online Store. Upon return, the buyer pays the transport cost.
The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale transaction and demand back the Product from the buyer if the price of the Product in the online store is marked significantly below the market price of the Product due to a mistake.
RIGHT TO MAKE A CLAIM
The Online Store is not responsible for the Product sold to the buyer, which the buyer has wrongly chosen from the Online Store. A claim can be submitted if the buyer has purchased the Product from the Online Store and cannot use it due to the fault of the service provider, which is the cancellation of the cinema session. The buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within 14 days at the latest, by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 5782 1900.
The online store shall respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
If the Buyer has any complaints regarding the Online Store, they must be sent by e-mail to email@example.com or by calling 5782 1900.
If the Buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the Buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of the procedure can be viewed and the application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the contract concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer’s complaint in the commission is free of charge.
The buyer can turn to the European Union Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform.

For what purpose is personal data processed?
Personal data is used to manage customer orders and deliver goods. Purchase history data (purchase date, goods, quantity, customer data) is used to compile an overview of purchased goods and services and to analyze customer preferences. Security and access to data
Personal data is stored on the servers of Elkdata OÜ, which are located in the territory of a Member State of the European Union or countries that have joined the economic area of the European Union. Data may be transferred to countries whose level of data protection has been assessed as adequate by the European Commission and to US companies that have joined the Privacy Shield framework. The employees of the online store have access to personal data, who can access the personal data in order to resolve technical issues related to the use of the online store and to provide customer support services. The Online Store implements appropriate physical, organizational and IT security measures to protect personal data from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or unauthorized access and disclosure. Transfer of personal data to authorized processors of the online store (eg transport service provider and
data hosting) is based on contracts with the online store and authorized processors. Authorized processors are obliged to ensure appropriate safeguards for the processing of personal data.
Access to and correction of personal data
Personal data can be accessed and corrections made to the online store’s user profile. If the purchase has been made without a user account, personal data can be accessed via klint support.
Withdrawal of consent
If the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of the customer’s consent, the customer has the right to withdraw the consent by notifying the customer support by e-mail email@example.com.

DeletionTo delete personal information, contact customer support via email. A request for erasure shall be answered no later than one month and the period for erasure of data shall be specified.
A request for the transfer of personal data submitted by e-mail will be answered within a month at the latest. Customer support identifies and notifies you of the personal data that is to be transferred.
Direct marketing communications

If personal data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing (profiling), the customer has the right to his own

PURCHASING THE PRODUCT FROM THE WEBSITE
- The first step in purchasing a product is to choose a product. Select the appropriate Product and quantity from the “SHOP” subpage of oselshop.com.
- Once the Product or Products are selected, go to the “SHOPPING CART” subpage, check the selected Products and click the “Go to pay” button.
- Fill out the ‘Billing Information’ page on the next page. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.
- Please make sure that the selected Products are correct! It is also possible to change all options or add products to the cart. Then click the “Choose payment method” button. The system asks for confirmation whether the order is completely correct. By clicking the “OK” button, the system will direct you to the payment page.
- You can pay for the products in the Internet bank. Choose the payment method that suits you, make a payment and then be sure to click the “Back to Merchant” button. After paying for the Products, a summary of the purchase can be seen on the last page. Invoice purchase confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address within a maximum of 5 minutes after payment.
